關於成品規格

如果有需要可以幫您製作成各種尺寸的電子圖，無論是設定為手機/電腦桌布、社群大頭貼，甚至自行送印成海報、無框畫。

 

完稿後將透過 Email 寄送雲端下載連結，確保檔案畫質未經壓縮，完整保留每一個筆觸細節。

照片挑選指南

由於我們的 Q 版繪製是基於您提供的照片進行轉繪，「您提供的照片角度 = 畫出來的角度」，照片的品質將直接決定成品的精緻度。為了讓愛車最完美地呈現，請參考以下挑選建議：

  • 光線是關鍵： 請選擇光線充足、車身顏色與輪廓清晰的照片，以免細節（如輪框爪型、進氣壩線條）隱沒在陰影中無法辨識。

  • 完整不裁切： 確保車輛主體完整入鏡，避免車頭、車尾或輪胎被畫面邊緣切掉。

  • 角度很重要： 挑選您覺得愛車「最帥、最可愛」的那個角度。我們無法透過想像去繪製照片中看不到的死角，所以請務必提供您最滿意的那一張定裝照！

修改與調整規範

請理解 「Q 版風格」 的核心在於將車輛特徵進行可愛化、圓潤化的變形與誇張處理，重點在於捕捉神韻而非 100% 的還原。若您追求的是極度寫實的比例，建議參考我們的一般寫實繪製方案。作品一旦完稿交付，若非我方明顯疏失（如畫錯顏色），後續的修改需求將視複雜度酌收修改費用。

Terms of Service and Copyright Statement

Illustration Process

We create illustrations based on your photos. Please provide clear, high-resolution images with defined angles. RideArt reserves the right to illustrate based on the existing clarity if the provided photos are blurry.

Deliverables:

This service provides Digital Files only in high-resolution JPG format. Physical prints (unless purchased as add-ons) and source files (AI/PSD) are not included.

Revision Policy

To ensure the work meets your expectations, the fee includes 2 free minor revisions.

  • Minor Revisions: Color adjustments, local line modifications, or minor detail changes.
  • Major Revisions: Changing vehicle angles, vehicle models, or major compositions. These are treated as new projects and require a new quote.
  • Additional Revisions: A fee of NT$ 300 applies to each revision beyond the free limit.

Production Lead Time

  • Standard production takes 7 to 14 business days after payment and data verification. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.
  • Lead times for add-on products are not guaranteed.
  • Rush orders are not accepted.

Refund Policy

For drawing:

This service consists of customized products created to consumer specifications. It is exempt from the 7-day unconditional return policy.

  • Before the Sketching Phase: Full refund available (minus transaction fees).
  • After Sketching Begins: 50% refund due to labor costs already incurred.
  • Final Delivery: No refunds are accepted once the final work is delivered.

Copyright and Usage

Ownership: RideArt retains all intellectual property and copyrights. Customers are granted usage rights under the following conditions:

     1.Personal Use (Allowed):

  • Setting as social media avatars or wallpapers.
  • Printing for personal collections or gifts for friends (non-commercial use).
  • Sharing on social media (tagging @RideArt is encouraged).

      2. Commercial Use (Prohibited):

  • Printing the artwork on products for sale (such as T-shirts, mugs, or stickers).
  • Using the artwork as a brand logo, trademark, or for commercial advertising.
  • A separate commercial license must be purchased for these purposes.

     3.Display Rights:

  • We reserve the right to display completed works on our official website, social media, or portfolio. Please notify us during the ordering process if you prefer to keep your ride private or need the license plate blurred.

Production Lead Time

  • Lead times for add-on products (apparel, canvases, etc.) are not guaranteed and may vary.

Refund Policy for Add-ons

Important Notice:

All products are “Exclusive Customizations” based on your provided photos. According to the “Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind Telecommunications Transactions,” these items are exempt from the 7-day unconditional return policy. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for personal preferences or incorrect size selections. Only products with major defects are eligible for return.

Apparel Products

1. Size Tolerance Statement

  • Measurements are taken manually with the garment laid flat. Actual products may have a ±2–3cm deviation due to fabric elasticity and manufacturing processes. This is within international inspection standards and is not a defect. Please confirm the size chart before ordering. We cannot provide returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or personal style preferences.

2. Defect Identification Standards

  • Eligible for Return: Large stains, fabric damage, severe print peeling, significant tailoring misalignment, or incorrect items (wrong color, size, or style).
  • Non-Defect Range: Minor spots (diameter < 0.5cm), loose threads, slight fraying, uncut buttonholes, new fabric odors, screen color differences, or normal fading after washing.

Ceramic Mugs

1. Shipping Risks

Mugs are fragile items. RideArt uses high-specification shockproof packaging for all shipments.

  • [Important] Unboxing Video Required: Record a video while opening the package within 24 hours of receipt. If you find cracks or broken handles, provide the complete unboxing video to our customer service for a replacement. We cannot process claims without video proof.

2. Craftsmanship Notice

  • Tiny bubbles, dark spots, or uneven glaze may occur during high-temperature firing. These are natural ceramic phenomena and do not affect functionality. Light color bleeding near the handle or base is a normal printing tolerance.

Usage Guidelines and Disclaimers

1. Color Accuracy

  • Screen vs. Physical: Device screens display RGB colors (vibrant) while physical printing uses CMYK inks or sublimation (deeper tones).

  • Material Impact: Identical designs will vary across different materials like cotton, glossy mugs, or velvet canvases due to ink absorption.

  • Disclaimer: Color variations within ±10–15% are standard. RideArt does not accept refund requests based on “color expectations” or “discrepancies from the screen.”

2. Care and Maintenance

  • Clothing: Follow the wash label instructions. Wash in cold water using a laundry bag with the garment turned inside out. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on the print. RideArt is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing.

  • Mugs: Most mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Avoid extreme temperature shocks (such as pouring boiling water into a frozen cup) to prevent cracks.

繪製服務內容與流程

我們會依據您提供的照片進行繪製，請務必提供清晰、高解析度、角度明確的照片。若因照片模糊導致細節無法呈現，RideArt有權依現況繪製。

交付格式

本服務僅提供 數位檔案 (Digital File)，格式為高解析度 JPG，不包含實體印刷品（除非另有加購印刷服務）及原始圖層檔 (AI/PSD)。

修改與校稿政策

為了確保作品符合您的期待，費用中包含 [ 2 ] 次 的免費微調服務：

  • 微調定義： 顏色調整、局部線條修飾、細節增減。
  • 非微調範圍： 更換車輛角度、更換車款、大幅度更改構圖。此類修改視為重新繪製，需重新報價。
  • 超過免費修改次數，每次修改將酌收 NT$ [ 300 ] 工本費。
  •  

加購製作工期

  • 標準生產週期為付款和資料驗證後的 7 至 14 個工作天。此時間不包括週末和假日。
  • 附加產品的生產週期無法保證。
  • 不接受加急訂單。

退款政策

針對加購(服飾、無框畫等等)重要提醒：

無七天鑑賞期 本站商品皆為依據您提供的愛車照片進行「專屬訂製」之客製化給付。根據行政院公布之《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》，本產品不適用七天鑑賞期（猶豫期）之規定。除商品本身具有重大瑕疵外，一經下單製作，恕不接受因個人喜好、尺寸選錯等原因申請退款或換貨。

關於服飾類商品

1. 尺寸誤差聲明：

  • 所有服飾尺寸表皆為人工平鋪測量，因布料彈性與製作工藝差異，實際成品可能會有 ±2~3cm 的誤差值，此屬於國際驗貨標準許可範圍，非屬瑕疵。

  • 請務必在下單前確認尺寸表。 若因個人尺寸挑選錯誤（如：太大、太小、穿起來不喜歡），恕無法提供退換貨服務。

關於馬克杯/陶瓷類商品 (Mugs)

1. 易碎品運送風險：

  • 陶瓷馬克杯屬於易碎物品。RideArt 出貨時皆會採用高規格防撞包裝。

  • 【重要】開箱請務必錄影： 為了保障您的權益，收到包裹後請於 24小時內 錄影開箱。若發現運送過程中導致破損、裂痕或把手斷裂，請憑「完整開箱影片」私訊客服，我們將無條件為您補寄新品。若無錄影證明，恕難釐清責任歸屬，可能無法受理。

2. 製作工藝說明：

  • 陶瓷高溫燒製過程偶有微小氣泡、黑點或釉面不均，此為陶瓷工藝之自然現象，不影響使用功能，不屬於瑕疵範圍。

  • 熱轉印過程中，把手周圍或杯底角落偶有輕微色暈，屬正常印刷公差。

2. 瑕疵認定標準：

  • 可退換貨範圍： 大範圍髒污、衣服破損、印花嚴重剝落、版型嚴重歪斜、寄錯商品（顏色/尺寸/款式錯誤）。

  • 非瑕疵範圍： 極小汙點（直徑小於 0.5cm）、線頭、輕微脫線、鈕扣眼未開完整、氣味（新衣染料味）、螢幕色差、下水後褪色（屬正常使用耗損）。

版權與使用規範

1. 關於色差 (Color Accuracy)

  • 螢幕 vs 實體： 您的手機/電腦螢幕顯示為 RGB 色光（較鮮豔），而實體印刷（衣服/馬克杯/無框畫）為 CMYK 墨水或熱昇華製程（較沉穩）。

  • 材質影響： 同一張圖印在「棉質衣服」、「亮面馬克杯」與「絲絨無框畫」上，因材質吸墨性不同，顯色效果必定有所差異。

  • 免責聲明： 色差在 ±10%~15% 內皆屬正常印刷範圍。若您對顏色有極度嚴苛的標準（如：指定 Pantone 色號），請勿下單，RideArt 恕不接受因「顏色跟想像不一樣」或是「跟螢幕看有落差」為由之退款要求。

2. 使用與保養免責 (Care & Usage)

  • 衣物洗滌： 請依照洗滌標籤指示。建議翻面放入洗衣袋冷水清洗，切勿烘乾或直接熨燙印花處。若因不當洗滌導致印花龜裂或縮水，本公司不負賠償責任。

  • 馬克杯使用： 一般馬克杯可用於微波爐與洗碗機，。請避免劇烈溫差（如冰杯直接注入滾水）以免導致陶瓷破裂。
